Contact & complaints

Raise order concerns with the TEAMCO coffee desk and membership, account, salary-tab or privacy concerns with the TEAMCO cooperative office.
Speak to the coffee desk or cooperative office in person and ask staff to record your concern. TEAMCO's registered business name, public office address, support email and phone, and designated privacy contact are awaiting confirmation. The website contact form does not send or save messages, so it cannot lodge a complaint or privacy request.
What to provide
- Your name and a safe way for staff to reply.
- The order number or purchase date and proof of purchase, if relevant.
- A short description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting.
- Relevant evidence, such as a receipt or product photo, without unrelated personal information.
Never provide a password, membership activation code, one-time payment code or full card details. A privacy request may require reasonable verification of your identity.
Recording and following up
Ask staff to record the date received, confirm who is handling the concern and give you a reference or written acknowledgement. Keep a copy of your complaint and follow up with the cooperative office if unresolved. For a privacy concern, ask for the person responsible for data privacy.
External assistance
For covered internet transactions, the Internet Transactions Act generally requires use of the seller's internal redress mechanism first. It is deemed exhausted if the complaint remains unresolved seven calendar days after filing. You may then seek assistance from the appropriate government agency; the competent agency depends on the subject of your complaint.
- DTI Consumer Care — consumer complaints within DTI's jurisdiction.
- National Privacy Commission — personal-data concerns and information about privacy complaint procedures.
- Cooperative Development Authority — guidance on cooperative matters within its jurisdiction.
These channels have their own procedures and jurisdiction. Nothing on this page prevents you from exercising a right or seeking another remedy available under Philippine law.
