Privacy notice
Last updated:
This notice covers the TEAMCO member website and staff application. TEAMCO operates these services and determines how account, membership and coffee-order information is used.
Information we handle
- Account and profile: name, email address, employee ID, department, mobile number, office or collection point, account status, membership and an optional profile photo. Supabase Auth handles passwords and sign-in sessions.
- Membership checks: customer and membership lists supplied to TEAMCO, containing codes and names; account matches, activation and claim reviews.
- Orders and payments: items, preferences, notes, collection details, order status, amounts, payment method, refunds, salary-tab balances and settlement records. Staff counter orders can include a guest name or a directory record without a website account.
- Service and security records: account reviews, staff actions, timestamps and technical request information processed by our hosting and authentication providers.
Please keep order notes limited to preparation and collection instructions. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive information in notes or support messages.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify membership and eligibility, fulfil orders, provide order updates, reconcile payments and salary tabs, handle complaints and protect cooperative records. Depending on the activity, processing supports your requested service or contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in security and accurate records, subject to your rights. Where consent is the applicable basis, it must be obtained separately; reading this notice is not consent to unrelated uses.
Who receives it
Authorized TEAMCO staff and administrators access information needed for their duties. Personnel handling finance or authorized salary-tab settlement may receive the relevant order and balance information. Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage; Cloudflare hosts the websites; an email delivery provider processes account verification and recovery messages. These providers may process information outside the Philippines. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Member profiles, private profile photos and order histories are access-controlled. Menu images are public. Staff can export operational records for cooperative administration and reconciliation.
Browser storage and cookies
The application uses browser local storage to maintain your Supabase sign-in session and an unplaced coffee cart, including its preparation notes. Saved carts are treated as expired after 12 hours when read; that does not automatically remove stored data while the browser is closed. Signing out clears the application session and cart. You can also clear site data in your browser; doing so can sign you out and remove your saved cart. This release includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting or security services may use necessary technical cookies.
Retention and protection
Account and membership information is retained while needed to administer your relationship with TEAMCO. Order, payment, settlement and audit records are retained for applicable accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations; closing an account does not automatically erase these records. TEAMCO must assess a deletion request against those obligations. Ask the cooperative office for the retention period applicable to your record.
Access restrictions and staff permissions help protect information. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices and keep membership activation codes private.
Your rights and privacy contact
Subject to Philippine law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, objection, blocking or erasure, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Reasonable identity verification may be needed before records are released or changed.
Direct privacy requests to the TEAMCO cooperative office and ask for the person responsible for data privacy. Public email, phone, office address and a designated privacy contact are awaiting confirmation by TEAMCO. The website contact form does not deliver requests. See Contact & complaints for the current in-person route, or visit the National Privacy Commission.
